WHAT PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED?
Each lead artist will be required to sign an agreement with the corresponding organization to reserve your time in the studio. As part of the agreement, every lead artist is required to complete a Place to Space Artist Survey at the end of their contracted rental. Every contract term requires a newly completed survey. This requirement will be included in each organization’s agreements with artists so the program’s success can be tracked, informing our report to funders and helping build support to continue the program.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY RENTAL?
Payment options vary by organization, but all use a digital invoicing platform. After signing your agreement, you will receive an invoice to your email which can be paid online by debit/credit card before your first rehearsal. Paying by check may also be available.
KST - After the agreement is signed, you will receive an email containing the invoice from KST’s Square account. You will have the option to pay online with a credit or debit card. Alternatively, a cheque can be written and taken to KST’s Alloy Studio offices.
